The F-S-P website and brand name is the sole property of Football Supporters Pride.com Limited, which does reserve all rights to commercial merchandising and advertisements displayed upon this positions of the Football-Supporters-Pride web site.

However, as a solely independent part within the Football supporters Pride. Com ltd. website. There is a totally unique Non Profit making position which has been developed from over the last 20 years and more to give each of its readers an equal voice within the fellowship of this F-S-P website which for the time being has been funded by the above. However the intention is to eventually run this part of the readers and fellowship by means of free gifts and donations made by the general public and other interested party's. Furthermore there shall be no higher decision making and each reader shall retain the same status as the next.

This we refer to as (Football Supporters Pride readers and fellowship.

The F-S-P readers and fellowship,  rules are as follows: The F-S-P readers and fellowship shall always be a Non Profit making part of the above main company name of Football-Supporters-Pride.com Limited.  The F-S-P readers and fellowship shall always democratically vote upon any decision put to it. Any comments made publicly by any F-S-P reader shall not represent the views of the F-S-P or any of its other readers unless democratically voted upon and made public by the F-S-P. The F-S-P readers and fellowship shall remain within the custody of the Football-Supporters-Pride.com ltd  website and its proprietors, who shall be viewed as life long Custodians. The F-S-P readers and fellowship shall have no part of nor be party to any commercial dealings that may be undertaken by  Football Supporters Pride.com ltd. Which does retain the rights to all commercial dealings.

Therefore each person or persons wishing to take an active part within the confines of these F-S-P readers and fellowship rules shall do so  with a clear understanding that the F-S-P readership and fellowship shall have but one sole aim, and that is to bring forward the betterment of aspects which are Football/ Football Supporters related by means of its readers and fellowship plus fund raising and donations. Also in order to protect the unique F-S-P readers and fellowship design and construction from any form of manipulation, the management and trustees of the F-S-P does reserve the right to reject any alternations made by any third party to the F-S-P  and its construction which are deemed to be of an unconstructive or hurtful nature.

Finally to ensure a smooth growth pattern for and on behalf of the F-S-P reader and fellowship. All donations  raised for and on behalf of the F-S-P readership and fellowship shall be used in order to take forward the task of building the F-S-P readers and fellowship into a strong unit, and  the balance of cash left over shall be give freely back into football or football related  needs and good causes.

With regards to the raising of funds or donations via gifts given from members of the public,  or other outside party's, who may wish to help in the building of the F-S-P readership and fellowship cause. All monies collected shall be openly displayed to any interested party.

Finally with regards to access to the F-S-P readership and fellowship bank account. This account shall remain closed to all which does also include the management and trustees of the F-S-P and any other third parties whether connected directly or indirectly to the F-S-P. Therefore in order to gain access into the F-S-P readers and fellowship funds account a directive must firstly be shown upon this position as a majority of agreement and put forward to its readers, by  the F-S-P trustees. Before any funds are released.

It should be made quite clear that none of the F-S-P directors, nor staff, and also voluntary helpers do receive any monies or wages from the hard work that each contributes to the running of the F-S-P readers and fellowship. However should circumstances demand an increase within the general  staffing of the F-S-P readers and fellowship then we shall publicly display the requirement for part or all of the funds raised to be directed into the costings of extra staff and expenditure.

In other words: Just so you fully understand. We as the trusties and management of the F-S-P readership and fellowship do work on your behalf freely, and if we can continue to gather more voluntary helpers then there shall be no need for paid staff to assist in the running of the F-S-P readership and fellowship.

However if voluntary staff cannot be found then we maybe forced into taking on paid staff should this position grow as we expect it to. Therefore any monies available from collections or donations would be directed into paying staff, and therefore we reserve the right to do so should this need arise.
